Draft Line Cleaning

Quality Taste

Cleaning and maintaining your draft beer system is essential to have the best tasting draft beer. The Brewers Association of America recommends having your lines cleaned bi-weekly. From the time it takes beer to travel from the keg to the faucet in a draft system the quality and taste of beer can be ruined in just a few seconds if the lines have not been properly maintained. Yeast, mold, beer stones, and bacteria are all potential enemies of draft beer. Although these are not a hazardous to the human body, these things can affect the quality, appearance, smell, and taste of beer. By using a caustic cleaning chemical, Speedy Draft ensures your system will be completely clean. Every time we clean your draft lines, we also check pressures, temperatures, and ensure that we have enabled you to have the “perfect pour.” Included in our services are also:

  • Cleaning of keg sankeys and replacement of washers as needed

  • Check and adjust CO2 regulators as needed

  • Disassemble and scrubbing of Tower Faucets

  • Periodic check of glycol bath
